These are some of our completed projects. Many of our projects are in the design phase or the construction hasn’t started yet or is still ongoing. We design basements, separate entrances, egress windows, house extensions, drive extensions to all sorts of residential projects. We have successfully  delivered our projects in over 35+ municipalities in Ontario. Our process for legalizing the basement is very simple and straightforward. You give us a call to explain about the project. We provide a free consultation over the phone. Once confirmed we schedule a site visit to do basement measurements and start design drafting as per Ontario Building Code. Once the design is confirmed. We go ahead and make a submission to the city for permit approval.
